InterCatering

Ble Venue ​

Ble is one of the largest entertainment parks in Athens, comprising a beach restaurant-bar, a private beach, and two event venues. I was involved from the outset, naming the park “Ble” – the Greek word for blue – inspired by the surrounding sea and sky. I developed the brand identity and led the launch, with a strong focus on building awareness and driving sales. My campaigns spanned video content, photoshoots, brochures, posters, TV and radio spots, and participation in trade shows – all delivered on a zero-based budget. Over my nine-year tenure, Ble evolved into a thriving business with a solid reputation, which has continued to grow even after my departure.

Intercatering Seasonal Magazine​

This campaign aimed to promote new seasonal dishes to VIP clients who regularly hosted events every three to five months. These individuals sought exceptional cuisine, drinks, and décor. To reach them effectively, we distributed a printed magazine via direct mail to 10,500 unique addresses. I also secured advertising sponsorships from wine labels, liqueur brands, coffee companies, and cigar brands, which helped offset production costs. This blend of targeted outreach and sponsorship support ensured the campaign’s success while keeping overall expenses down.

Photoshoots​

At Intercatering, I organised numerous photoshoots to create content and support collaborations with magazines and TV for brand promotion. I coordinated the photographer, provided concept briefings, and managed all aspects of the shoot including team organisation, food styling, and venue staging. Many of these images are still in use today across the company’s presentations, and several were also featured on our exhibition stand at IMEX in Frankfurt.
