View Highlights From My Journey
During my time at Premier Laser & Skin Clinics, I focused on strengthening the brand’s digital presence, improving the customer journey, and driving measurable growth across platforms. From SEO and PPC performance to internal brand alignment and new service rollouts, the projects below reflect a strategic, hands-on approach to marketing in a fast-paced, multi-location business.
Voltra Lighting is a startup specialising in cordless designer lighting. The project began with market analysis, followed by the creation of a strategic marketing plan, product launches, website development, and setting sales targets and forecasts. I also managed trade shows and contributed to the development of new products. The brand identity and content were crafted to highlight the luxurious atmosphere created by the products, as well as the high-tech features of the lamps, designed for use in the hospitality industry.
The Mandarin Group consists of five restaurant-bars aiming to increase food and drink sales, build brand awareness, and become a hotspot in Athens. My role involved creating the brand identity to promote the venues and organising a range of events, from weekly gatherings to bespoke private parties. Through strategic brand development and event marketing, I helped position the group as a go-to destination, enhancing its reputation and driving customer engagement.
My passion for hair and beauty led me to co-found CALLIOPE Hair Xpressions salons. My experience as Director of Marketing for Spa & Beauty facilities at Star Hotels deepened my desire to enter the beauty industry. I was responsible for designing the interiors, developing the business plan, negotiating with suppliers, and overseeing the business’s growth to ensure financial stability. This experience allowed me to blend my marketing skills with business development, creating a successful brand within the beauty sector.
With four clinics in London and over 20 years in the aesthetics industry, the company expanded into more invasive cosmetic procedures. My role was to guide and develop the marketing team with strategies focused on generating leads. I implemented a robust SEO strategy, helping us rank at the top of Google search results for high-volume keywords. Additionally, I increased our PR exposure and launched new campaigns targeting both medical and aesthetic procedures, ensuring we stayed competitive and attracted more clients.
This is a brand identity and visual proposal for Lumanor, a lighting startup. The aim was to disrupt the industry with not only an innovative business model but also a sleek visual identity and content marketing strategy. The warm yellow and dark tones evoke the brightness of the products, while the packaging highlights the eco-friendly LED lighting with low carbon emissions. The modern, clean lines of the design are tailored to the architectural and interior design markets, ensuring the brand appeals to both aesthetics and sustainability.
At Hard Rock Café, I was responsible for implementing local marketing campaigns and organising events for restaurant visitors, private parties, and buyouts. The brand aimed to increase food and drink sales, build brand awareness, and establish itself as a key tourist destination in Athens. In addition to overseeing these efforts, I managed the social media strategy, growing the Facebook followers from 7,000 to 23,000 within a year, significantly enhancing the brand's digital presence and community engagement.
During my nine years at Intercatering, a contract catering company, I led marketing and event initiatives, including the successful launch of the “Ble” amusement park, increasing turnover by 70% on a zero-based budget. I developed marketing plans, managed budgets and media bookings, handled social media, and organised major events for clients such as the European Summit, UEFA, and UNESCO. I also produced the company’s seasonal magazine and marketing materials, conducted competitor analysis, and collaborated with departments across finance, IT, innovation, and design to ensure smooth project delivery.
While at Intercatering, I collaborated with Porsche Club Hellas to create a dedicated venue space for its members within one of the venues we managed. The concept included sourcing Porsche-branded furniture and signage, curated glassware, and setting up a retail corner for the club’s collectable merchandise. The space served as a members’ club, hosting regular gatherings for dining as well as exclusive events such as anniversaries and special occasions organised by the club.
